Laser-cut plate steel center with round steel tubing wings.
The bumper is made from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4″ thick mounting plates.
Side wings crafted from 1-3/4″ x 11ga HREW tubbing.
Full-Height Bull Bar option made from 1-3/4″ x 11ga HREW with 1-1/2″ x 11ga HREW gussets.
3/4″ thick D-ring tabs, standard fully welded front and back.
Improved approach angles and added clearance for larger tires.
Center mount for running a winch.
Front cutouts for winch lever access.
A 30″ LED light bar mount, (2) LP6 mounts, and a pair of fog light mounts for supplemental lighting options.
Includes Windshield Washer Tank Skid and Winch Controller Relocation Bracket.
Durable 2-stage hammer black powder coat option available.

Fits all 2025+ 4Runner (6th Gen) models and sub-models.
Requires cutting of the factory plastic bumper to install.
Compatible with adaptive cruise control (ACC). Does not obstruct the factory front camera.
Fits over the factory skid plate.
Works with factory sensors, plugs included if not factory-equipped.
Full-Height Bull Bar variants are compatible with Toyota Safety Sense and parking sensors. Some vehicles will require professional TSS recalibration after install.
Factory fog lights are not supported.

Center light mount designed for Baja Designs S8 30″ light bar, also compatible with the RIGID 30″ SR Series.
Includes custom LP6 mounting brackets.
Tube sections fit Baja Squadron and Baja XL light pods. Other light brands are not guaranteed to fit.
Winch mount fits most winches without an integrated control box, relocatable control box recommended.
Confirmed fitment on Warn Zeon XD 10-S/12-S and Evo 10-S/12-S.
Synthetic rope winch and hawse-style fairlead recommended.

For best results, install with 2 people.
