Take the stance and capability of your Silverado ZR2 one step further with the Vector Engineering Discovery Lift Kit—a complete front leveling solution designed to deliver additional lift while addressing one of the common weak points in the factory Silverado/Sierra 1500 suspension. 

Building on our standard ZR2 Billet Leveling Kit, the Discovery Kit adds precision-machined lower spring collars and Dirt King 4130 Upper Control Arms to achieve additional front lift while retaining the factory ZR2 suspension while incorporating our 1" billet rear blocks for a balanced, aggressive stance, increased clearance, and a purpose-built solution engineered specifically around the Silverado/Sierra ZR2/AT4X platform without experiencing the dreaded broken ball joints from Silverado/Sierra trucks. 

2.25 Inches of Front Lift

The Discovery Kit provides 2.25 inches of front suspension lift, giving the Silverado ZR2 a noticeably more aggressive stance while creating additional clearance for larger tire setups.

To achieve the additional height, the Discovery Kit combines our billet upper solution with precision-machined lower spring collars. This approach allows the kit to retain the capable factory ZR2 suspension while delivering the additional height owners are looking for.

CNC-Machined 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum

Every billet component in the Preload Lift Kit—including the upper components and lower collars—is precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for an ideal combination of strength, durability, corrosion resistance, and low weight.

Each component is finished with a durable black anodized coating to protect against the elements while maintaining a clean, OE-inspired appearance. A precision laser-etched Vector Engineering logo completes the package.

Additional Lift with Billet Lower Collars

What separates the Discovery Lift Kit from our standard ZR2 leveling kit is the addition of billet lower spring collars.

These collars work in conjunction with the upper components to provide additional front-end lift, giving Silverado ZR2 owners a more aggressive stance and increased clearance while continuing to utilize the capable factory suspension system.

Rather than relying on an oversized top spacer alone, the Discovery Lift Kit distributes the lift through a purpose-built combination of upper and lower components designed specifically for the ZR2 suspension which provides a near stock ride quality. 

Billet Rear Lift Blocks Included

To complement the 2.25" front lift, the Discovery Kit also includes 6061-T6 billet aluminum rear lift blocks.

The rear blocks provide additional rear ride height to help create a balanced overall stance while maintaining the functional rake needed for a truck that's built to be used. Like the rest of the Vector billet components, the rear blocks are precision machined and black anodized for durability and corrosion resistance.

The result is a complete front-and-rear package rather than a front-only leveling solution.

Addresses the Factory Upper Bushing Issue

The Discovery Lift Kit isn't designed simply to make your truck taller. Like our standard leveling kit, it was engineered to address the factory upper shock bushing issue found on Silverado/Sierra 1500 models.

By incorporating this solution directly into the leveling system, the Preload Lift Kit provides an upgrade that improves both the stance of the truck and an important interface within the factory front suspension.

Dirt King 4130 Upper Control Arms

This package takes the Discovery Kit one step further by adding Dirt King 4130 chromoly upper control arms.

Upgrading the upper control arms is an important consideration when increasing front ride height, particularly for trucks that regularly see off-road use. The Dirt King upper control arms complement the Discovery Kit by providing a heavy-duty replacement for the factory arms while supporting the demands of a lifted Silverado ZR2.

Constructed from 4130 chromoly, the Dirt King upper control arms provide the strength and durability needed for everything from daily driving and overlanding to high-speed desert terrain and technical trails.

Combined with the Vector Engineering Discovery Kit, this package creates a more complete front suspension upgrade for ZR2 owners who expect more from their trucks.
