Building on our billet leveling system, the Voyager Lift Kit combines precision-machined upper spacers, lower preload collars, 1" billet rear lift blocks, and Dirt King Billet Upper Control Arms into one complete package. 2.25 Inches of Front Lift

The Voyager Lift Kit provides 2.25 inches of front suspension lift, giving the Silverado ZR2 and Sierra AT4X a noticeably more aggressive stance while providing additional clearance for larger tire setups.

To achieve the additional height, the Voyager combines our billet upper solution with precision-machined lower preload collars. By utilizing both upper and lower components rather than relying solely on an oversized top spacer, the Voyager delivers the desired lift while maintaining the characteristics of the factory suspension system.

CNC-Machined 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum

Every Vector Engineering billet component in the Voyager Lift Kit—including the upper spacers, lower preload collars, and rear lift blocks—is precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum.

6061-T6 provides an excellent combination of strength, durability, corrosion resistance, and low weight, making it an ideal material for components designed to withstand both daily driving and demanding off-road environments.

Each Vector component receives a durable black anodized finish for additional protection against the elements while maintaining a clean, OE-inspired appearance. Precision laser-etched Vector Engineering branding completes the package.

Additional Lift with Billet Lower Preload Collars

A key component of the Voyager Lift Kit is the addition of billet lower preload collars.

These collars work together with the billet upper spacers to achieve the Voyager's 2.25" front lift height while continuing to utilize the capable factory ZR2/AT4X suspension.

Rather than generating the entire lift through an oversized top spacer, the Voyager uses a combination of upper spacing and lower preload to create the desired ride height while helping retain a near-stock ride quality.

1" Billet Rear Lift Blocks Included

To complement the 2.25" front lift, the Voyager Kit includes 1" 6061-T6 billet aluminum rear lift blocks.

The rear blocks provide additional rear ride height to create a balanced overall stance while maintaining functional rake for payload, gear, towing, and real-world truck use.

Like the rest of the Vector Engineering billet components, the rear blocks are precision machined and black anodized for strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.

The result is a complete front-and-rear Silverado/Sierra lift kit, rather than a front-only leveling solution.

Addresses the Factory Upper Shock Bushing Issue

The Voyager isn't designed simply to make your truck taller. The system is engineered to address the factory upper shock bushing issue found on Silverado and Sierra 1500 models.

By incorporating the solution directly into the upper portion of the lift system, the Voyager improves an important interface within the factory front suspension while simultaneously achieving the desired lift height.
